Once a month, Doe Bay Wine Company puts together a wine and cheese tasting we genuinely love doing. November takes us to Italy. We’re pouring a white from the slopes of Mount Etna, a Sicilian red, and a crisp, dry sparkling rosé from near Trieste.
The cheese board goes from soft to firm: a creamy French cheese made with apple brandy, a cheese from Colombia, an aged Wisconsin cheese with deep nutty flavor, and a soft cheese from northern Italy.
Tickets are $20 for members and $35 for general admission.
